The lady on the phone was not helpful at all. However I received a call from the owner Ramin and he was so friendly and helpful. He told me he went through the books and found my payment information that was three years ago and would be happy to honor it. There is a personal touch I haven’t felt anywhere else and I’ve been to lots of spas over the years for different treatments but since coming here I’ve not looked for anywhere else. It’s the Costco of Medspas. You know there isn’t a better deal somewhere else for the quality of service.
