"I am so disappointed. I drove over an hour to go here because I was part of their injectable rewards program from having a surgery with Dr. Vitenas. I was there on time and still wasn’t seen for over an hour past my appointment time. They then tell me they’ve changed brands of Botox and bring me a receipt with a much higher total than I’ve ever paid for the same treatment before. They told me they cancelled the rewards program and use a different brand of injectable now. I didn’t even get an email or call about there not being a rewards program anymore. THE WORST PART: I still had wrinkles all 4 months after the treatment. It didn’t work and I was way overcharged. I will never go back here."

"My previous experiences at this company were pleasant, ONLY when there was a female Botox injector. Unfortunately, Dr. Vitenas did my last couple of treatments, and my experience and result were subpar to say the least. Unlike the previous female injector —who took her time, asked questions, and made sure I was comfortable and left confident— this doctor just jabbed me and scurried on, leaving me bruised, welted, and in pain. I’ve had many treatments before and NEVER bruised. Not to mention the results don’t compare to the previous ones. It seemed like he didn’t have the time of day. I won’t be returning."

"I initially wrote a review and then removed it because they were working with me. It all turned out to be a bust. They took no accountability for the damage done, no apologies. The person I saw for the consultation is no longer there, so they can hide behind that. She never explained the risks that would affect me. I only learned of it AFTER THE DAMAGE WAS DONE. The damaged my complexion, and tried to sell me more services to fix the damage caused. But what can one expect from a shallow industry."
