"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit. Despite the initial positive interaction with the front desk staff, my experience with Master Lash tech Kelly was disheartening. Upon arrival, I completed the required paperwork and received friendly assistance from the front desk. However, my encounter with Kelly was less than satisfactory. Despite my request for her professional recommendation on lash styles, she insisted on pressing me for my preference, disregarding my desire for guidance. The situation escalated when Kelly questioned my awareness of the costs, repeatedly emphasizing the perceived expense. This culminated in her insinuation that I might not be able to afford the service, an assumption that is both unprofessional and unwarranted. Furthermore, Kelly, the Master Lash tech, questioned the timing of my previous eye brow treatment and advise me that she would not be able do my lashes. I strongly urge your establishment to provide training for Master Lash techs, emphasizing the importance of offering quality service without making assumptions about a client's financial capacity. It is essential for technicians to focus on their expertise and leave financial discussions to the front desk staff. I hope this feedback prompts positive changes in your service approach."

"I got a lash lift, my eyelashes were ruined! I REGRET getting it done at this place!!!!! I can’t even put on mascara on because some of my eyelashes are stuck together and the other are straight down. I would NOT go to this place. Their response was you can book again to get it redone…. I would not trust them to touch my eyelashes ever again……"

"The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and do not care about the experience that clients receive. During my first visit, I sat in the lobby and was ignored while the ladies behind the counter chatted about non-work related topics. My service was provided by Kelly. She was quick and professional. I made an appointment for a refill. On the day of the appointment I was I traffic and called the studio to notify them that I was on the way. I made it there 1 minute past the grace period and there were no other clients waiting. I am not upset about the cancelation just the lack of service again from the front desk. The service providers will struggle to keep clients if the service continues like this"

"My tech was wonderful both times I went, she is truly a lovely person. My review is in no way a comment on her abilities. The girls up front, however—I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute due to a family emergency. I was reassured by the front desk girl that I would not be charged. Imagine my surprise when a charge for $89 hits my bank account today! So now, not only have you lost a customer, I’ve reported the charge as fraud."

"Ashley was awesome! She took the time to listen to me about the type of lashes I wanted. She gave me suggestions and also explained to me her process. I felt very comfortable during my visit and Ashley was a big part in that. I will definitely be returning!"
