Massage Envy

"Don’t ever to go here and for sure don’t ever get the monthly membership here. I got on the monthly plan a few years ago and I was gaining a lot of one hr massage credits. I got up to around 30 hours of massages I could use. The monthly cost was around 65 dollars for a hour, which now I look about at being pretty high. I called them to freeze my account Mutiple times to try to catch up on using the massages and that was 20 dollars a month. And that was with no added massages, just to keep the account active. So basically a wasted 20 dollars every month. And after like 6 month I had to reactive my account and pay the 65 dollars again to keep my account active. So then I would freeze my account again to try to catch up again. Then I called and asked could I send some massages to friends so I could catch up and that also cost 10 dollars for every transfer that I already paid for. Unreal. And you can only transfer like 2 massages a month so I could never catch up. That’s their whole idea is that they hope you accumulate a lot of massages and they trap you in to paying them every month and they screw you in the end, which you will find out in a minute. They are money thirty crooks. So I got busy and could never catch up, so I decided to cancel my account. They told me I had 60 days to use all my massage credits or they would void/cancel all of them. I called them and complained that it was my money I purchased for those massages and I wanted my money back for the 21 massage credit hours I didn’t end up using after the 60 days. They told me they wouldn’t give me none of my money back and I would lose all my credits. So I ended up losing over 1500 dollars with the month freezes and the lost massage hour credits I had gained. This company is so greedy. I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company in my life and this was supposed to be a relaxing rejuvenating time for me. Please don’t support this company and for sure don’t ever get the monthly plan."

"I highly recommend Massage Envy. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Sign is smooth and easy for first timers— all digital and brief. Once you’re all signed in, you are escorted into a relaxing waiting area. It’s a perfect start on your relaxation journey. From there your masseuse/masseur will walk you back to your massage room. My masseur was Chris. I had pulled something in my neck a few days before. Chris was very thorough in making sure he understood where the pain was and what level of pressure I wanted around my neck/shoulder. He is an excellent masseur! I walked out of this massage center finally able to turn my head completely. Thank you, Chris! 10/10 recommend this massage facility and Chris as your massage therapist.
