"Big building with nothing in it. Been in twice for rubber grommets, cable lugs, etc. Everything needs to be ordered. Why drive there when I can order everything I need from McMaster-Carr and have it show up at my house. Very disappointed and won't waist my time going back."
"Promise Kept: I ordered a hard to obtain reamer online. It was promised for delivery in two days. It arrived as promised. Efficient, reasonable price, exact product matched, very helpful customer service rep (on late Friday afternoon!) spoke to me on two occasions: only one thing: did not get a copy of the tracking number: but the part arrived earlier than expected. This is a great company with clear objectives for customer service! Highly recommend!"
"Got here at 4:55 the close at 5 and they had people in there but yet had the doors locked and wouldn't let me in so no capacitor so I can ether pay high dollar for an hvac company or I can have my family in the heat. Sad that a place doesn't seem to care about there clients."

Pricing will be a little bit better plus your purchase can be saved in their system. AFTER you account is set up, then place your order. If you manage properties, you will need this place."
