No checks. Credit cards ok, but who has a credit card that approves 50k per transaction? They wanted cashiers checks. I have a business to run. I dont have time to play games."
"Salesman Michael Hernandez sadly apparently lied to me about ordering a new front door for me when the first one had the wrong privacy glass due to his mistake. I have had to contact him off and and on for 6 months about this and he claims he's ordered the second door and there are supply chain issues now all of a sudden delaying the second door. Now he does not return calls or emails. If there were delays though, not sure why he wouldn't keep me posted on that or return calls/reply to emails like a reputable company would do. Love the door but the glass issue has been an extremely costly and disappointing snafu. Steer clear from this company at least on the residential side."
"Nice folks. They get you in rotation for unloading fast. When delivering here it is safer to get off on 79A. Then drive up access road. Because if you get off at ex81 the entrance is immediately off the exit and if traffic is coming it will be difficult. But over all good service"
