"I went to Lowes Conroe this afternoon to pick up a fairly expensive item yet heavy. Being a senior citizen I could not lift alone to put on the flatbed cart. When asked for assistance I was told nobody was available.So I simply walked out. M& D supply and Ace Hardware carries same item. Those two stores are very customer friendly and helpful."

"They have a problem backing their product when there product fails. Charge an arm and a leg for paint that only lasted 3 months then chucked up to a point where you couldn’t even stir it smooth or even shake it smooth again. Do not buy paint from these people they are a joke"

"I’ve often had trouble with Lowe’s and Home Depot’s appliances. This last trip I made to Lowes for a washer was riddled with problems. Number one I asked the sales guy where were the machines with 5 star reviews and he pointed me to the Maytag pet pro, very expensive and it actually had 4.1 stars. Second when I bought the pet pro I didn’t realize you must have the machine on deep fill for the pet pro to work. Third of all, it doesn’t get that much hair for all the water you waste. My dryer get tons more hair and it was much cheaper. Also, within the first month the gears were busted. It may have been defective or I did get a necklace hung in the bottom, whatever I got a new gear replacement. I hope this is the last problem for a very long time. I would not recommend the Maytag because it does not conserve water well and doesn’t pick up near the hair for the expensive price you pay. I also got a top loader after having a front loader, I will go back to the front loader when I buy again."

"Everything you want and need to accomplish any project you have in mind or come up with while browsing through the store. I don't know why I even bothered going to Home Depot just before going to Lowe's; I couldn't find anything I needed. Even when I found the isle where the things I was looking for they didn't have any "real" selection choices. No one at HD stopped to ask if I needed help. The moment I walked into Lowe's I was greeted. I must have been asked if I needed help by every Lowe's employee at every isle I walked down. I was even greeted and helped by a merchandiser in the mower isle and she helped me find the fuel line I was looking for. I will never go to any other home improvement retailer again. Thank you ALL at the Conroe Lowe's!!"
