"I have received two laser hair removal treatments from Jen. Each time she has been professional and kind. Before the procedure, Jen discussed the laser with me and its effectiveness. She also performed spot tests on me two days before my actual process to ensure my skin did not have an adverse reaction to the laser. During the procedure, she told me everything she was doing. Jen let me know if she changed the laser's intensity and continuously inquired about my pain level during the procedure that may require laser intensity adjustments. I loved that she walked me through every step of the process and made me feel comfortable. Additionally, I have never had an issue reaching Jen on her business phone. I have recommended her to several of my friends/colleagues already. I would recommend her to anyone else who is considering laser hair removal."
