The person who was supposed to see me wasn’t even there. Poor communication and unprofessional. So disappointed in the San Antonio location."

"There staff turn over is ridiculous. Every time I went it was a different person doing my massages. None knew what they were doing they kept asking me as the client what should they do. The only person who knew what they were doing was Aurora and shocker she is no longer there. I specifically kept asking to please have someone compentent do my massages and that was never fulfilled. So I simply stopped going. I did pay for 10 massages and asked if they could credit me for a facial they declined. They offered to do the same massages they don’t know how to do!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING BECAUSE CLEARLY THEY DONT"

"The spa is highly recommended, I had 20 sessions between radiofrequency, cavilation and lipolaser and the truth was it was an incredible experience, from how good the entire spa team makes you feel to the results that I managed to notice! 10 out of 10!! Additionally, my boyfriend and I had our teeth whitened and we were both very happy."
