"Probably the best movie theatre in all of Texas. Professional staff, regularly clean, everything and everyone is neat and tidy, I've never had a bad experience here. I have been to many theatres in Texas and maybe only one or two of them compare to Cinemark Mansfield. Possibly the very best business location in all of Mansfield as well."
"Theater was hot! Popcorn was cold/wasn’t fresh so were my children nacho cheese just warm. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Ticket prices good."
"Do not like that they take the covid for a reason to not give a refill on drinks and popcorn, then expand on it. Like you are going to get it, we had these things gone for a while. We pay good money for popcorn that costs way too much. You don't want to go for the second one or drinks. Way to hi for family's ."
"Cinemark is our go to Movie Theater. It’s quick and easy to get to and their customer service is always on par. Tonight we experienced a storm while watching Transformers and the electricity went out for a bit. I thought for sure they were going to cancel the shows for tonight. But they did not. They handled it like a champ. The lights came back on and the movie picked up where it left off! Just wanted to give them kudos for handling things effortless in the middle of a storm!"
