"Costumer service was not good at all. The guy name Sam was rude and raised his voice when asking a simple question and trying to explain the problem."
"Budget friendly rooms with well maintained facilities. Minimal soundproof with noise issues from adjacent rooms. There is no restaurant and bar service, but in proximity to several restaurants in the neighbourhood. Small lobby, waiting space for guests during room service is an issue."
"Horrible experience. From vagrants blocking the entry asking for a room, to marijuana throughout the hotel, to unwashed sheets full of dog hair, to the room reeking of wet dog and a disgusting microwave (hint: clean the inside top)"
"Don't come here. Sure, it has new paint/fixtures.... but it's still dirty and has bug issues. We had to sleep with lights on. They have those bug outlet things. You could hear them randomly zapping something. The sheets were dirty, and someone's hair was all over the bed. Tried to even go to the waffle house across the street since it was aprox 1230am when we checked in. Don't go there either. It's definitely one of the WORST red roofs I've been to, and Im from the Detroit area.. (so that should say something) and at 116.00, I DEFINITELY expected MUCH better."
"Listen. This isn’t going to be the nicest hotel you ever stay in. But what are you expecting with a cheap hotel like this? Service was fine, the guy who checked us in was swift and answered all questions we had. The hotel itself is kind of old, so it looks/smells as such. But it definitely wasn’t gross or un-clean, just old. The room was clean, bed was decently comfortable. Walls were quite thin, you could hear other people a bit. The bathroom was also clean with hot water and good water pressure. The coffee machine in the room was not really great, and the coffee was bad. Could definitely stand to be a bit cheaper considering there aren’t any amenities, and the location is nothing special. But overall, a decent hotel for the price."
