"Everything about my experience was terrible and I would not recommend them to anybody"
"Worked with them with what a rough estimate of a budget would be and what we were looking for. They claimed they could do it. After fililng out forms and spending two plus hours on going over the answers on the form (and giving them $2,500,) they came back with an item that was exactly what we told them we didn't want to begin with. When they quoted the project that we DID want, it was about twice as much as our initial budget. Since we couldn't afford that, we scrapped the whole idea and gave them an entirely new project to give us a quote on. After weeks of hearing nothing back, we went to another company who we eventually moved forward with. At one point, the new company called us and asked us if somebody by a certain name worked with us because they were trying to get a quote on our behalf for the same project. IT WAS THESE GUYS!!! They were pretending to be us to get a quote so they could have these guys do the project for them. After a few failed attempts at getting back in touch with these guys, we are out $2,500 with nothing to show for it other than a 1 star review on Google. I wouldn't trust these guys with making a pj&j sandwich, let alone an exhibit piece."
"Very creative company with great ideas, but poor execution and dishonest staff. A project that should have taken no longer than 2 weeks to install (per them) took 8 months. Staff walked off the job at our church more than once, work was not built or installed correctly, supplies and trash were left behind. Several staff “left” during our project. When company came back with new staff after several months of no contact to try and resolve damage promises were made and then taken back. They said our team misheard what they said to prevent following through on promises. Although, there are email accounts of what was to be delivered and all that was being waited for was a final payment on project. When a sample was sent it was not culturally sensitive. Great ideas, but the stress, uncertainty, staff turnover, lack of follow through, and work that is far from “wow” make it hard for us to recommend this company to work with."
