"Went in to ask about a ball park estimate for a cyst removal on the posterior region of head 1.5 inches in diameter. Front desk mentioned the location and size need to be known to give an estimate - this would necessitate a consult to determine these. I work at a medical office and understand that consults are needed to give exact pricing, but we gladly offer a ball park or estimate given the information provided. She didn’t care that I had this information, she simply stated we needed the consult. After looking at the reviews for this office, I have no doubt they’re more interested in the money than the patients. Thanks for the off putting and uncaring attitude.
