"Current staff is run by a rude individual (tattooed left sleeve, ego and bad attitude). Nothing is ready when I come in, even when I call ahead. Not a single person greets me when I walk in the door except for the gentleman with the afro, super nice guy. The product, tools and sundries look like they were organized by a millennial who never takes care of their room. Roller naps on one side of the store and the other, tape a mess, can't find things and when you ask, you simply get "Whatever is out there is what we have", instead of service and assistance. This location represents why we as a business have stopped spending money with Sherwin. Kelly Moore and Texas Paint (Benjamin Moore) have -exceptional- service and make us feel cared for and welcomed. Their stores are properly organized and the staff cares about our shopping experience. For being the major contender in the paint store market, surely Uncle Sherwin can step up the quality of staff and training. Will not be using this location any longer, complete waste of my time. I'll now go out of my way to shop at Sherwin locations that I know have a staff that cares. Thank goodness my new rep Miguel is a good dude, he'll likely single-handedly keep me spending money at Sherwin due to his quality customer service alone."

"Wish I could give ZERO stars to my experience at Sherwin today. We have been going to this Sherwin Williams for YEARS now and have NEVER encountered such poor customer service. Everyone stay away from CHRIS at this location. He is the most unhelpful RUDE and overall the biggest jerk. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day but the attitude/treatment was uncalled for. Save yourself the uncalled for attitude from this guy CHRIS. Sherwin-Williams do better on hiring employees. I know this isn’t what you represent."

"Sherwin Williams has good paint but it's a little over priced. If you are a contractor and have a good SW account rep you can get fair prices and good customer service but its impossible to do it without a good account rep. I paint fences and decks in Arlington, Houston and Austin and I used to buy paint exclusively from Sherwin Williams until my long time SW account rep left the company. When he left, the customer service got bad so I left. Now I buy from a competitor that has better products, better pricing and better contractor customer service. I've gone from spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with SW to spending almost nothing. I only use SW paint now on repeat customer that have to have the SW product."
