Had a phenomenal experience with their customer service department and they got me in another pair of boots with a discount and shipped them within 10 minutes of hanging up. "I cant belive they post itrm for sell that are not even in the store . I order my saw on dicember 6 and they have not shipped yet becouse they do not have the item thet post for sale. I call 2 time and the fisrt time the guy told me he needs the bar and the secound time they said the saws was supost to be shipped to the storeeee en dicember 22th so is been almost 20 day from my purches and i have to way so they get the chainsaw first so they shipped to me from california to PA thats almost 2 more week delay and at this day 24th i have no getting no answer from them"

I ordered some bashlin climbing hooks (which arrived at my doorstep 23 hours after I clicked checkout) the hooks had a manufacturer defect and I exchanged them no problem. "So I am becoming a lineman and the school I'm going to recommend me to buy some 16 inch boots. This website is one of the only ones that sold boots with that length, so I ordered them. Being my first real pair of boots I was unsure of how they were supposed to fit. after learning from teachers and classmates that the boots I had were too big, I went back to the store and bought another pair in which I thought would fit. Unfortunately I wrong, so I sent them back and got a size smaller and these were still to large. I traded out boots 5 DIFFERENT TIMES. all of these times the staff and managers at JL Matthews NEVER complained. They were always extremely courteous and understanding and only wanted to help and never pressured me at all. I talked on the phone with them multiple times and they always made me feel welcome and cared for. Now I finally have boots that fit me correctly, after 5 exchanges I can definitely say I am extremely happy. All thanks to the staff at JL Matthews. Will always recommend."
