"This was our first time visiting so we had no clue what to do or where to go and we told the person up front it was our first time but she wasn't really helpful. It felt almost like she just wanted us to hurry up so she can get back to whatever she was doing. We were accidentally charged one extra ticket as well and when I went back for a refund she didn't even apologize. Another thing is we weren't told about the additional sticker pass you need for the zip lining/ obstacle course. When I went back to the counter to ask for info about it another person said oh here you were supposed to get these when you purchased your tickets. So not very happy about that either since we wouldn't have known if it weren't for me going back up to ask. Maybe the young girl who helped us was new? Not sure but We loved the place!! Our kids had so much fun and would return more if it was closer to us. If the staff was more friendly and helpful then we'd definitely make the drive more often so our kids can have a great time. But there are other places where people are more welcoming and friendly that we'd rather go to."
