"THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING MY PAIN MEDICATION AFTER SURGERY AND I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR IT.,. here's what happened: I had surgery December 28th and was discharged on December 30th, I was prescribed a medication for pain that is a controlled substance and my surgery was in san antonio so I sent my prescription to a san antonio pharmacy but they didn't have it in stock. However this is a controlled prescription so the lady in the san antonio CVS wasnt just able to just transfer it, she had to contact my surgeon. She did her best and did get in contact wirh my surgeon and transferred it to the pharmacy she recommended in laredo which was this one because I was already heading home. So I called before time at 6pm, and they close at 8pm and asked them if they had the specific medication I needed in stock since it's a controlled substance. Pharmacy lady said yes, it was in stock so I sent a family member to pick it up for me later on that night around 7pm. As soon as my family member arrives they tell them they don't have that medication in stock and that ill have to wait till Monday to get it because of new years. So basicly the pharmacist lied and told me they did have the medication in stock when they really didnt. I get on the phone with them and tell them I can't wait till Monday, I just had MAJOR ABDOMINAL SURGERY and she says I can't do anything, you have to contact your surgeons office and have them transfer it because it's a controlled substance. I told her I know its controlled but the other pharmacy was able to contact the hospital/surgeon and got my medication transferred, why couldn't she do that for me? She insisted I had to call my surgeons office when it's literally 7:30pm and at this point obviously there is no doctors office open anywhere. She tells me to just wait till Monday or gives me a number to "call my surgeon". I use that number and it was literally a number that pharmacies use that in no way is the normal costumer able to understand how use or I have no idea what phone number she gave me. I tried calling the hospital myself but wasnt able to get in contact with my nurse so then they could contact my surgeon. So even though the san antonio CVS was able to help me, this CVS refused to help when I was desperate to get the medication since every pharmacy closes around 8pm in laredo. I ended up taking just liquid TYLENOL for pain because I couldn't take anything else. This CVS did me so dirty. And then I actually showed up on Monday to pick it up and the lady who helped me was so freaking rude, hated this place honestly, worst pharmacy ever. Stick to HEB, wlamart or the target CVS. They treated me like my medication wasn't important and were so lazy they couldn't even help me."

"Please know that I'm not usually looking to bad mouth anyone but my experience tonight was a doozey. Lady at check out was being quite nice to ppl at check out might even say was acquainted with them some way so I decided to use the self checkout, I was there buying snacks for my son but decided I'd rummage through the clearance. My bill was over 90 dollars which I was fine with paying but I realized that it didn't make some deductions on a few snack items I was purchasing, not a big deal at first but this older lady decided that I needed to be taught how her store works and told me that I didn't use my cvs membership and that's why it didn't do it in a very condescending tone I may add...I said okay but I don't have my card and it didn't ask for my number...she repeats herself and pulls the tab off some candies nearby and shows me the smaller than small fine print that I would only get discount for the membership and that it is free...again can you fix it? She proceeds to say that the register asked for my number I just didn't pay attention...in front of other customers. Again can you fix my issue? "You need to read and listen" and to her I said no I don't I don't want any of this thank you. And as I walk away with my son, she is still talking as loud as can be...im just trying to help you, you're the one who didn't read and listen....I asked her for help to fix my issue not to be treated like an idiot...I understood that I was wrong but I also work in a place where I need to help and not embarrass or intimate my customers. I didn't have an issue paying for the candy, if she had just said no I can not fix your issue im sorry or you need to re do the checkout using your number...I would've done it. But she just kept telling me how wrong I was. 4x...anyway...not my finest moment walking out cursing her in front of my 13 year old but he understood my frustration and like he said...I didn't understand what she was saying mom (most of the conversation was in spanish) but her tone was definitely not nice mom...its ok mom, let's go to walgreens!!! They have better deals anyway."

"Was attended by Valeria as my receipt states horrible attitude telling my husband to turn off the truck cause it was bothering her ears.!! Rudely telling him our sons medications wasn’t ready when it had been ordered days ago.!! Always an issue with most of the staff.!! DONT WANNA WORK LET SOMEONE ELSE DO THE JOB YOU TAKE FOR GRANTED.!! ( don’t ever disrespect my husband or anyone ever again the next time won’t be a review Valeria what’s good)"
