"Terrible customer service every time we go! First of all, their pricing is much higher than other Water Tree locations, and they do NOT take the Water Tree membership. The owner is distracted, unfriendly, rude, and once just left me there said he is taking a training course in the back room. I highly recommend the Water Tree on Kuykendahl, where everyone is super friendly, helpful, fill the water for you and take them to your car plus load them in the car for you EVERY TIME! I have gone to the Woodlands location 3 times now, thinking they will get better, but instantly regret every time. Save yourself the headache and make the drive to the Spring location (where they also have a cafe connected to the water store with fresh juices/smoothie and delicious wraps/sandwiches!)"
