"I had a terrible experience in the store. The person on the counter was very rude. I wanted to buy some Maggi, and I asked him nicely where I could find it; he gave me a weird look and told me we did not have Maggi as we had finished it. I said ok, and as I was about to leave the store, he told me to check the store's back end. We might have some. I went towards the backside, and plenty of Maggi lined up. I got Maggi, and he said I needed to pay cash as they can not take credit cards for such small purchases, so I bought some snack packs to increase the bill so he could use my credit card. I bought things, went into my car, and realized that I needed some sweets, so I went again, and I requested him to exchange the snack pack with sweets; he was furious about that and again gave me a weird look. He put my snack pack aside and started handling billing for other customers. I waited for two customers to pass, and then I requested again, but he said I needed to wait for all the customers in the line. I was the first to ask him to replace the snack pack with sweets. He started complaining about me to other customers and raised so many personal comments about me. That was a bad experience I had in this store. I go to Hillcroft Vishala, and everyone is so welcoming."

"The store sometimes run out of vegetables. They need to stock up on them. Price wise it’s good. I had once seen expired products on their shelf and had pointed it to the cashier."

"Finally I got a time to put this review together. Good place to buy vegetables but beware on frozen food. Bought this frozen grated coconut packs, they were all discolored. Not safe to eat, expired items. Went back to return them but owner said he cannot accept frozen goods. Seriously? this is ridiculous. I will never go too this shop again."

"The staff and the owners are quiet helpful. Vishala has become our daily weekly run for Groceries. They have vegetables too which are fresher compared to other stores. For us vegetarians, it's a cherry on cake for them having only vegetarian groceries. They also have Alphonso Mango coming in past few weeks and the Mangoes have been good."
