"Went to get my eyebrows waxed and the wax was sooo hot I thought they were going to burn my skin off!! Left my eyebrows round, itchy, and irritated. Next day I had bumps from the wax being too hot. Don’t go here for a wax!!"

"If you’re black do not go there do not support them. I came to get a pedicure the lady rushed my feet and tell me if I want her to scrub the back I have to pay extra for that what type of nails offer pedicure without brushing the back of your feet , I asked for a wax and told her I don’t want thin eyebrows because I have thick eyebrows and I had to grow them out, she proceeded to wax majority of my eyebrows now I have Chinese eyebrows, I’m literally in the car crying, I will never return, no customer service whatsoever"

"I went to the Nail Club on Saturday. For a simple set of Nails. The sign outside listed $25. I ended up being charged $30. That was the price and what I signed the receipt for $30. On Monday I was reviewing my account and realized that I was charged $60!!!! I called the number listed and the person on the end was rude and nasty. I live close to Humble now I have to drive all the way back to the location to resolve the issue. This is Ridiculous!!!!!"

"All I wanted was a simple pedicure and the manager said there is a different charge for men. I compare services for women versus men and it seems prices are unfair. Women get much more services. For a simple pedicure it costs a man $45. For $45, a woman gets much more. I think the person who was working on my feet did an excellent job. Cost: $50. Discrimination? I feel so. That remains to be seen."

"I went to get a pedicure on October 16, 2021 at Nail club at Northline shopping center. The lady that did my pedicure was very arrogant and pushy! She wanted me to get a full set but I work at a hospital and I clean there so it would be no purpose to waste my money! I told the lady my toes felt like they were burning!!!! I feel very cheated out of my $65 and I got shellac and it’s already chipping off!!! Very disappointed!!! I wouldnt let them give my dog a pedicure and I don’t even like pets!!!! Now I’m at work limping excruciating pain from these burns on my toes!! I’m going to my pcp to make sure they don’t get infected!!! I work hard too just waste my hard earned money walking all day and this what $65 gets me!!? Then had the nerve to ask for a tip! My tip is get more informative of the people and the environment your establishment is in!! I know language barriers can be hard but it’s plenty help for that!!! Sorry not sorry!!!! I don’t recommend this business at all and I’m not hard to please! This is a prime example that convenience isn’t always good!!!!"
