I had to pay $130 for something I did not ask for. they gave me $10 off I did indeed told her about my experience they were all RUDE reporting them to the city."

"First I want to start by saying the ugliest experience I had here. I don't think I'll ever come back here again, let me explain why. I looked online to see what time they closed online, it said that at 9 p.m. they closed I called to make an appointment at 6:25. When I arrive they tell me that I have to wait another 20 minutes, the 20 minutes passed and the lady does not work on my feet, the lady just turns on the water and leaves me waiting for another 10 minutes. I ordered the $40 pedicure, which includes a 10-minute massage and the hot rocks and the hot cloth. First, I want to say that they didn't work on my feet. The lady said I need to pay them first, I asked her why I have to pay first and the lady stated that it was because they close at 8pm, and it was already 7:20pm because they delayed my appointment. I told her that online it says that they close at 9pm, the lady told me that when they are slow that sometimes they close early, but she told me not to worry that she was going to take care of me very well. She forgot to put the powder you pay for your pedicure. I had to remind her that I she didn't put any powder in my water. She apologized for not putting the powder in it when she was cleaning my nails, she did a very ugly job because I had to tell her to clean my nails. I also did not receive the 10-minute massage, everything that is included with the $40dollars package I did not receive and they also charged me $15dollars for the nail polish that was Gel. I ended up paying $55 dollars for a job badly done just because they had to go home. In the end I told the lady that I didn't receive what comes included in the package and the only thing she said how sorry she was that they closed at 8pm. I made a mistake by paying them first. In case you plan to go to this place, don't go at 6, don't go because they will rush your work and have it badly done. $55 dollars in the trash. If I could leave no stars, I would not leave anything. BAD EXPERIENCE AND BAD WORK!!"

"Woman who did my nails kept pulling my arm even after I told her it was hurting. Then they nickel and dime you to make money. They were going to charge me to add 2 broken nails, and then charge me to shorten my nails and reshape them. The price started at $45. Went to another shop who did what I needed and only charged $43. Never going back here."

"Horrible!!! Bad experience. Went for a manicure shellac and The lady took 2 hours doing my nails. 2 hours!! she kept excessively filing my nails in both of my hands at it got to a point were my hands were numbed already she did this for an hour then took another hour to paint them and she did horrible. Bad experience. Never coming here again. They need professionals because clearly this lady did not know what she was doing."
