"My favorite nail salon! I was looking for a new salon and during my search I came across SoHo (it had great reviews). I can honestly say, they were right. The staff is so sweet, the technicians are professional and always provide great, quality service. Chan, Kim, Chris, May, etc. are all wonderful, among many others there. If you are looking to become a "regular" somewhere, this is a good place to try. Love it!"

"The atmosphere is nice and the nail tech that ended up doing my nails was very sweet, but I would not come here if you’re looking for techs with experience doing cat eye. I wanting something very specific, I showed the first tech that was working on my nails the picture and I got handed off to another tech. She started taking my nails off, as I was getting a full set and let me know afterwards that they didn’t have the color I was asking for. They saw the color I wanted beforehand so this seemed unprofessional. She had to ask ANOTHER tech (who was busy and rushed) how to do the cat eye. The rushed tech quickly showed her how to do it on the fly and then left, seemingly annoyed. The lady did her best but it was not what I wanted and I wish I had been told they didn’t have someone that was experienced with the cat eye effect from the beginning. She had to redo several nails and ultimately, I did not get what I wanted. If you’re not able to do something, please be honest. The nail tech was very sweet. The front desk assistant was kind and offered me 5% off which was appreciated, but I still left not having gotten what I wanted. The shape, the look and the cleanliness of the nail was perfect so I’m sure they would’ve done a great job otherwise, I just don’t recommend them for this specific design. I’d make sure they are able to completely give you what you want before letting them get started."

"I’ve been here a few times and I honestly loved it to begin with. I drive 45 minutes to come to this particular location. I’m not someone who gets my nails done every 2 weeks. So, when I do go I expect to be happy with the results. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I’m fully aware that it will not look exactly the same. I felt like I was being annoying to them when I said the color they gave me was too light. This is before application. And after seeing another color they offered did not match what I wanted, they continued to move forward and once again when I mentioned the color, the tech said it won’t always match the picture. So, because I felt they were annoyed and I’ve never had issues here, I trusted the process. I’m not confrontational and I will always pay for time and services.. in fact I even left a tip. Not what I would have left had I been happy, but something. I’ve never been more embarrassed with these nails and went to target to buy another color to paint over. I paid 80 dollars for light pink and silver French tip nails when I asked for a darker pink to white ombre. My fault because I think anyone else would have just said no and walked out or refused to pay. I am no longer a customer here but I would advise taking the time to listen to your customers."
