"I’m new to the area and wanted to treat myself after having a very difficult year. I’m not somebody that gets my nails done often, so I don’t really know what to look for when it comes to nail salons. I came here because it was close and the reviews were good, but I left literally in tears. First off, I was told that the design I wanted (last photo) was not doable because I wanted my nails purple, and they kept insisting that the nails in the reference photo I showed were blue. I don’t know if I’m colorblind or something, but it looks purple to me, and they kind of spoke to me like I was stupid when I said that I didn’t want blue polish. So they finally found a color that was pretty close, but then the nail tech started using the dark polish on all of my nails. I didn’t want to say anything, but before she got to my ring finger I asked if she could paint that one with a purple glitter like the reference picture. She then pulled out silver glitter, to which I said was fine. But I didn’t expect it to look so uneven; she just dabbed a bunch of glitter onto the nail with her finger and then went over it with a clear coat. Like I said, I don’t get my nails done often, but I don’t think that’s the way to do it? Before she finished, I asked if she could add some rhinestones on my index finger. She then went back to my middle finger, and I politely clarified with her to make sure she’d heard me say index finger, to which she responded, “I know what index finger is!”. I felt so awkward. I wasn’t assuming that she didn’t know, I was just making sure I hadn’t said it too quietly because sometimes I don’t speak up loud enough for people to hear me. I apologized to her and just sat quietly while she finished. Once I got to the front to pay, I’m pretty sure my jaw physically dropped open when they said my total was $80. I’ve gotten a full set with much more detail for $60, and the end results of this pretty expensive set are honestly so disappointing. The polish looks chunky and uneven, the shape of the nails are off, and I didn’t even get anything close to what I wanted. It was just an overall very discouraging experience because I very rarely treat myself, and the one time I did, these were the results. I’m normally not one to leave a 1 star review because I have no intention to bash any small businesses, but I’m just really bummed from my experience at Trishy’s."

"I have been getting my nails done here for almost two years. This place is amazing! I believe this is the only nail salon I have ever been to that has a full time receptionist, which makes things run so smoothly! Pam will greet every customer with a smile on her face and will work her hardest on making everyone’s experience as pleasant as possible. My nail tech, Bryan, is amazing! He is not only incredible at his job but has amazing customer service skills and will always make sure you are happy with your nails. The owner, Trish, is an amazing nail tech as well and will always greet you with a smile! Overall, an amazing experience."
