"My first time at Dorado Nail Bar. I was recommended by a stranger met at HEB. Recommended to have my nails done by Mai. Called and made an appointment. Lady on the phone very polite, professional and prompt. The 3 important P's I Iive by. When I arrived, I was very impressed! Large open concept. Super clean, upbeat music and I was quickly greeted and shown to my location. I was offered a beverage as I waited for my technician to commence. Mai quickly showed up and introduced herself and explained the package I choose. From start to finish, very detailed to attention, prompt, cut my nails EXACTLY like I like. Mai is very personable and enjoyed our very pleasant conversation. The service was Devine. Mai treated my like a king! Great service, Great parking! I will definitely be back. You have a customer for life! Highly recommended for anyone that is hard to please and demands 100% attention and loves to be pampered!"

"I’ve been coming her for about 3-4 months now. While the technicians are polite they don’t listen well/are very pushy, but if you are firm they usually relent after 2 or 3 tries. Their work is usually great! I have had a chip here it there and they have always fixed it, their policy is 7 days. However, this time I had 8 nails that chipped, cracked up the middle or started lifting. Sadly I was not able to make it back in 7 days, I made it back on the 8th day. Even though it was 100% that they just really messed up this time I did not ask or expect for them to fix it for free, I asked for a 10% discount. To be clear they discount their services by 20% on Tuesday and Wednesday so this would have been a 30% discount in total. They refused, said there was nothing they could do. Due to time and convenience I still had them redone. We will see how it goes. Unsure if I will return. Edit/Addition: Now that I have actually looked at my nail, I don’t think I will go back- super sloppy and there are missed edges/corners."
