"Would be a 5 star rating but they tell you that they put in your medicine refill and when you go to pick it up, the refill was not put in. So then you have to spend 20 minutes arguing with the office to get your refill put in. You end up losing 2 hours of your life waiting for your refill. It is a constant issue. Over a year of this and not yet resolved."

"Went to my first visit a couple wks ago.I told the receptionist of the BAD experience with the first pain management Dr. I was sent too and that I will NOT sign any paperwork before meeting with this DR. And seeing what his plan of action would be in my care. The receptionist was very kind and said she completely understood and just asked that I filled the paperwork out prior to leaving if I thought this dr. Would be a good fit..( of course I would) now it's past my appointment time and now it's a new receptionist and I ask when would I be called back and I was politely told I WONT be called back unless I signed all the paperwork...,. Well needless to say I was denied service for simply wanting to meet with the Dr. first."
