"Had an apt at 9:30 am, dropped my daughter off at school and made arrangements for a sitter to watch my toddler just to show up and be told they need to reschedule me. Their excuse was that they called me, so when I checked the missed call it was when I was already on my way to the clinic. Super annoyed and very unprofessional! Such an inconvenience!"

"We had a 3:00 appt. There was no where to park- we had to park across the street at Subway. People packed in waiting room like sardines. Got there early. Several other people signed in before us with 3:00 appts. How many people do they cram into their schedule? Made us wait outside in (85 degrees) for 30 mins."
