"We used to love this store and we have been shopping there every week for more than 10 years, but after today's experience we are never going back! This store had a great manager and some great emploees that we loved to greet and talk to. None of them works there any more and that is why it is such a mess and 0 customer service! 10 people in the store and you have to wait 30 mins for check out. I will definately go to HEB or Whole Foods for the same products but less price and better service. Good luck with not apologizing for the mess, super slow checking out and asking people to leave the store when customers ask for their rights!"
"Rating my visit a 2 because it's ridiculous that you need to bring your own bags after you shop and spend your hard earned money at Sprouts. Prices are already high enough. It's not the 10c per bag... Its the idea they want you to pay extra after you shop and spend almost 150.00 and then have spend 1.00 for 10 bags.... They have lost my $$$. Good luck turning into California here in Texas..."
"Lived in the area for 39 years. When Sprouts first established themselves, it was so wonderful. Fast forward to 2018. I started to notice the change and not for the better. 2019 I left the area and just now visited the area and stopped for some items to cook for an elderly friend. Very disappointed! I went to Whole Foods for some fresh Cod and vegetables."
"Today at Sprouts it's $5 sushi Wednesday. Freshly made as we was walking about the store. Hubby and I picked up these boneless skinless thighs 6 pieces for little over $3. Picked up 2 cannot beat this price managers special. The snap pea crisp snacks are 2 for $5. Also endangered spices chocolates 2 for 1 they are delicious"
"Good store carrying fresh goods in various sections. They do have a dedicated section for gluten free and dairy free options. Fresh fruits and vegetables, good and healthy collection in bulk foods section, Useful Vitamins, good dairy and non dairy options, juices, and Meat section is good. Overall a satisfying purchase experience."
