Kroger

"I came to this Kroger from out of town just to pick up something quick , no one there was helpful at all. When checking out the cashier seemed to be bothered and she was rolling her eyes as I was getting my gift card from my wallet and it was taking a few seconds. I work at a Kroger myself and as a professional person I know customers shouldn’t be treated that way regardless to your mood or anything and it’s extremely uncomfortable when you are in a store trying to buy something and the people are rude and not helpful. If I could give zero stars I would ."

"I have dealt with many businesses in my life, but worse than this store? I have never seen in my entire life. I called the Phamacy 12 times and every time I called they say please hold without giving you the chance to say a word, then it rings and rings until it hangs up on you, Then I called Customer Service to speak to them, The lady who answered, wasn’t helpful at all, and on top of that she refused to help me and she insisted on transferring me to the pharmacy that never picks up the phone. I regret sending my prescription to the store because it’s a closer to me. Tom thumb is absolutely the best business anybody can deal, Unlike the horrible Kroger."

"This post is dedicated to how amazing one of the workers, Miss Alberta was! When we initially walked in there was a special sale on La Croix sparkling water, $1.99 for a 12 pack. If you know anything about them that is a fantastic deal. So naturally we grabbed 4 packs to stock up. When we got to checkout, however, we didn’t realize you needed a virtual coupon/ Kroger membership to get the discount. My aunt who lives in town has a membership but she was not with so we were kind of stuck. We asked Alberta about it, and she went into the checkout system and manually changed the prices of all 4 of our drink packs to the discount price- like how sweet!! It was just a small thing but little kindnesses like that really do go a long ways. So thank you for being so awesome and patient, Alberta! On top of this, every Kroger I’ve been to has always been super nice. If I lived in an area with one it’d probably be the grocery store I went to."
