"if the color of your nails matter to you at all do NOT come here. their color selection is the worst and the colors NEVER look like they do in the book. i’ve been getting my nails done here the last 10-15 times and every time I come i have the worst time with the colors. the staff does not care, and will not offer to change the color if you say you don’t like it. it’s ridiculous. i shouldn’t pay $50 to absolutely hate my nails. it’s definitely time to find a new salon."

"For the past 6 or 7 months this has been my salon. they were always friendly since I arrived, they offered me something to drink and Amber has always been fabulous with me... yesterday I visited the salon with my daughter we both wanted the dip powder not gel and my daughter wanted long nails... we chose our colors and as soon as they started I could tell it was not going well... no one told me that Amber was not there even when I requested Amber in my appointment... They didn’t let me know she was unavailable. it was another lady who was a bit rude to me when I told her this is not the one color that I want and she insisted that that was the one I wanted and she never stopped, she kept making them. I really hate them today I went to another salon to remove them because I know that if I go back they will be rude to me like they normally behave when something doesn't seem right to them... My daughter left with her nails thick as if I had done them, no matter how much I told the lady that we didn't like them, she insisted that they looked bad because it is a different material. My daughter normally uses acrylic and the lady added gel on the top at the end without asking us. they then charged us more for something we didn't ask for... I'm really disappointed and would never go back... we both felt mad about the terrible job they did!!!"

"My husband and I came here for my birthday and it was AMAZING. I have a toddler and was able to get a weekend away. Most nail places don't take their time with me because I look young but Ms. Kathy took her time to make me feel relaxed and cared for with my pedicure. I hope to come back soon! The entire staff treated us so well!!"
