"They were uninterested in doing my nails and at first they didn’t even do the right shape. my nails turned out very bumpy, poorly shaped, and my cuticles were even stained. in less then a week my nails started chipping all on their own due to their poor quality. waste of my money!!!"

"Anna and Sophia are a great team. I have been going here for almost 2 years. My dip nails and pedicure product always stay to last to my next appointment. Not to busy, but I have never walked. I always make my appointment the day before. Overall, they are A+ when it comes to nail salons."

"It takes a lot for me to give a bad review, and this place has earned 2 Stars or less! The atmosphere was nice but that's where the good comments end. I got a gel nail manicure with French paint on my natural nails. It was $50 plus tip. The nail technician did not clean my cuticles very well, there was gel stuck under my nails when I left and the massage was a little more than a high five. I got this done one Sunday afternoon. Sunday evening there was a chip on one of the corners of the paint. Monday the entire nail has chipped off. I went back and asked if they would repaint that one, and they did with no problems. Two days later another nail had completely chipped off and now as I write this another is chipped. Usually, a gel manicure lasts me 3 weeks, this one lasts 5 days! I'm not impressed!"

"The photo speaks for itself. The man doing the nails was in a rush to leave and it was obvious. I paid for nails that are crooked and lumpy this is wild to me. I hate to be a Karen but what the hell. I told the lady working the front desk and she said they would fix them for free and yes they will but I should have never gotten charged for them if they looked like this in the first place. I’m not even mad I’m just super sad cause I’ve been coming here for years and each time the quality lowers :( Until they fix my nails or refund me, I’m keeping my review on here."

"I've been going here for years. I use them mostly out of convenience because they are near the house, but their service and quality are inconsistent. I do like that their staff is usually friendly but the service could definitely be improved. This last time, I got my nails dipped and had a Christmas design on some of them. I think the design turned out nicely, but the next day, the tip of one thumb was peeling, and the day after that, the tip of my other thumb started peeling, too. I've never had that happen before. Thankfully, it's a sparkly Christmas red color so, at a glance, those nails don't look ruined. I was also charged for a "unique shape" this time, even though it's the same rounded shape I've had the past 3 or 4 times, and it wasn't considered a unique shape. It's just frustrating. When I noticed that on my receipt, I called and asked about it, but they didn't change it. I suggested they let customers know if there's an extra charge for something BEFORE the services are performed."
