"I went with my mom to get some products because we wanted to dye her hair at home. Our total was $14.80, the girl at the register (with colored hair and buns on her hair) I didn’t get her name so this is all I remember from her but she told us that we could get another product for free from salon care because they had a promotion going on and we just went and picked something randomly (a spray bottle). Once she gave us the new total she wanted to charge us $34 which was just ridiculous and she decided to say the bottle was 10 dollars so she wanted to charge us for that instead. Next time be a little more clear. Not to mention when I asked her to take it off because it seemed dumb to pay $10 dollars for a spray bottle we didn’t even need it was OFFERED to us for “free” she had a horrible attitude and handed me off the receipt like a snob. This was so ridiculous I couldn’t help but laugh. It seemed like she lacked common sense because how do you not realize how dumb it is to want your customers to pay more money for no reason."
"I come to this location exclusively for the customer service and knowledgeable recommendations. The ladies are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure the store is clean and stocked. I met the CEO today when he popped in to check on the store & he bought me a flat iron so I could try the ION brand!!! They’ve met my needs & exceeded my expectations... and if you don’t see/know what you need, just ask!"
