I love that I can get fried pickles, fried cheese sticks, breads, tortillas, crackers, soups, and desserts that have gluten-free and vegan options and taste good. "Average Jane sees a large print banner like this one at Whole Foods and takes it at face value. She neglects to walk up close - fails to notice the tiny little fine print on the lower left. The large print says, “12 Days of Cheese, 35% OFF with Prime.” She walks in to see this bag tagged with, “12 Days of Cheese Sampler Bag.” The sticker on the bag says, “12 Days of Cheese Sampler Bag. May contain allergens … Ingredients: … Total Price $34.99” After presenting her Prime Membership, Jane assumes the cost will be $22.75 after taking the 35% off. Jane is still charged $34.99 because of that tiny little fine print on the large banner. After arguing her case to management, and a lengthy phone call to Customer Service, tough luck - the cost is still $34.99. Jane writes up a negative review for Whole Foods, and never comes back."
"We live very close to this Whole Foods Market and we love it. I will admit, it is one of the expense grocery stores in the area, but they have a salad and hot food bar where you can pick out your meal. They even have a small breakfast bar for the early risers. They also carry brands other grocery stores may not. They also have fresh made juices, coffee, and tea. A sitting area is provided to enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drink."
