"WOW is all I can say! I read so many positive reviews of the service and quality so when we were looking seriously at installing flooring, I knew this is where I wanted to go. Jacquie has been nothing but incredible as was the installation team. So a few things stood out to me with this whole experience. First, I saw the pricing of our existing LVP (we wanted to match it in the bedrooms after removing the carpet) on the manufacturer website at a specific price but when I got quotes elsewhere, they all upcharged in varying amounts but not Jacquie! Second, the team who came to install the flooring was employed by this company, not a contracted out group which to me means they take pride in their work as it reflects directly on the company. They were on time, very professional, cleaned up any footprints along the way, and in one difficult spot they took the time to really figure out how to make it work correctly the first time. My husband actually used to lay flooring years ago and even he was impressed with the quality of the work! We are so happy to have consistent flooring now throughout the house and I can finally relax and have guests stay without worrying about carpet holding smells that I am nose-blind to! I will add better photos once our house doesn’t look like a war zone with moving furniture and we put down the fancy baseboards we ordered!"

"I wish zero stars was an option because this company has officially won the award for worst customer service ever. All Floors has been to my home 3 times now and every time they show up, they are unprepared and have to "come back" to assess the issue. After patiently waiting for months to get my issue resolved, I was told by the owner (who really loved throwing that title around in conversation) to have my HUSBAND call instead because he couldn't handle my tone of voice. He also proceeded to tell me that his warranty was non-transferrable (we purchased a home that was remodeled by All Floors) and that my issue was not covered under warranty. This would have all been fine had that been said upfront the first time, many months ago, when we called. They have repeatedly come to our home, however, performed a repair job, and now claim it’s not their problem. It’s one thing to dispute over a repair, it’s an entirely different issue to be disrespected and HUNG UP ON for being a woman. I hope you go to counseling, Charlton, for whatever underlying issues you have."

"Through the years, All Floors and More have installed LVP in two of our homes. Jacquie is GREAT to work with, and both times the installation crews were top notch - you can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend!"

"Me and my husband had gone to many different floor stores before we found this gem and man I’m so glad we did. Jacquie was nothing but incredible from the very first time we met. She was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful! Now let me brag about our floors, we went from carpet to SPC vinyl floors and we’re so in love with them! This place had the best quality of flooring especially when it came to the thickness of the boards and the different styles it was really hard to choose. We finally picked the one we wanted and were able to get it installed that weekend. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when only 3 men showed up to do the install, but man did they hustle. They knocked it out all in one day, and we got our entire first story done, as well as bathroom and laundry room upstairs. Everything about this process has been so smooth and easy and we’re just so excited with our beautiful new flooring!"

"We purchased 4000 square feet and stairs treads for 2 staircases from All Floors and More. The floors look fantastic (see pics below), and we received excellent customer service from Jacquie at the Cypress location. Their prices are equal to, or better than, the big box stores (they will price match), and you get personal customer service from someone that knows your name, understands you schedule, and gives it personal dedication. In this case, All Floors and More is the obvious choice over the big box stores. We highly recommend them!"
