This was a game changer and we really appreciated his suggestion. The guys who installed the carpet were super considerate about the noise and making sure I wasn’t on a conference call at the time. He was very patient & fast at responding to any of my questions. Even after I picked it up he checked in to make sure the carpet was to my liking. "I wouldn't go anywhere else. We received multiple quotes from other companies, but as soon as we walked out of Boatman Carpet, it was already decided. Just the sales service was on point. Any questions we had was answered, we even got information we didn't know to ask, they are very knowledgeable. The chew came in and not one of them stopped working, they worked hand on hand and very well together. Detailed oriented and if something didn't sit right they notified me right away. The crew communicated at all times. Our floors LOOK amazing! It was clean and perfectly done."
