"Went here with some friends for a buddy's birthday. We ended up spending six hours here. We shared nachos and the pretzels they were delicious. Most everyone got alcoholic beverages, they each had two through out the night. I got a cherry come with lime as suggested by the bar tender who very much respected that I'm sober handmade my mocktail pretty so I felt included. We bowled and played arcade games for hours. Some of the games we broken but none the rest we had fun"

"Wow it’s been a while since I’ve been to main event. I loved my time here. For a 23$ fee you can have all you can play bowling!!! Such a good deal compared to other places where they charge 40$ for a lane and then it’s the only thing you can play. The only complaint is they didn’t disclose that the ropes course was closed bc it wasn’t as busy. That’s not fair to make guests pay the full price when one attraction is not available. And the bar tender was very rude- I was wanting a glass of water and was pretty much ignored until I called out. The staff at the bowling area were nice and especially the guy who worked at the escape room. He was awesome! I love the escape room option first ever I’ve ever been to at a main event."

"Found mold at the bottom of my cup. Server asked me what I expected him to do about it. Not his problem. Lanes around us down. Same treatment to those families. The don't care about your experience here just as long as they make money. No respect from the staff other than the girl who rang us up for the bowling."

"This place is horrible. The bartenders will look at you and not service you. Not an inviting place for family. Very unprofessional staff and management. The place is dirty and full of filth. They need to revamp this place. Do not go here travel outside the area to go someone where else. If you are going to spend your money. Spend your money on places that value you, value your time, and respect your entire family. They seen us waiting for 5-10 minutes. I made eye contact with one of the female bartender and she didn’t acknowledge us. The male bartender said he would get a manager, but I can tell he wasn’t trying to. I have done over 50 reviews and if you look at my reviews with the feedback I get. You can see that I am honest and give fair reviews. Stay away from this place if you are with your family."

"I visited on a weekday afternoon with my grandchild, for his first-ever bowling experience. The front desk person was super friendly, welcoming, and made my little one feel extra special. She made conversation with him, asked for his input, and brought him little trinkets for added fun! I feel so bad that I don’t remember her name. The atmosphere was bright, energetic, and clean. Our server was kind, although seemed preoccupied. As for the food, my chicken sandwich was tasty, with fresh veggies. The fries were delicious and my grandson gobbled all of his mac and cheese! The bowling experience was great, with no mechanical issues. Bumpers and a ball ramp were available for our use. We had fun, we'll be back!"
