"I have waited 2 years to write this review. I first install luxury vinyl with Allpro floors in 2021 and worked with Phil. Unfortrunately, within a year the planks started warping and pushing up at joints. I called Phil, he helped us go through the warranty process and installed new ones, completely covered under warranty (we chose a more expensive one this time so we only need to pay the price difference). Now the new floor has been here for over a year now and everything looks great. Good to know that they take care of their customers. Would recommend for flooring."

"I first saw the store along Cooper on my way to Mansfield last Christmas 2022 and stopped to inquire. I was greeted by Brett who was pleasant and welcoming answering all my questions concerning replacing my floors. We connected again in Spring to request a home visit for measurement as part of starting my planning. Brett was knowledgeable on his products and keen to provide details on areas such as the steps into a sunken room, step noses etc. The installing team representative Luis with his team were knowledgable and were diligent enduring the summer heat to meet the one-week deadline. ****Suggestion to keep in mind - do confirm your toilet style and model to ensure the installing team is familiar before installing. If not, be prepared to hire a plumber.***** Overall, we are pleased with the work that has improved the beauty of our home. I am appreciative of the efforts of the team at All-Pro Floors and Brett for your professionalism, service and knowledge."
