"They have a decent selection and the prices are competitive. However, I went in there the other day with my wife. They had some obnoxious, loud music playing. She remarked that is was quite loud, too which the salesman shrugged, as if to say, "too bad". We left shortly after."
"Received quote on Saturday to pay and pick up on Sunday. Sunday manager wasn’t aware of the transaction details nor would he call the manager that I initially spoke with to confirm what I was telling him we spoke about. Then he told me he didn’t sell the transition boards for the product I ordered but I was given a quote for it on Saturday. After I showed him the one the Saturday manager was quoting me on he changes his story. He refused to try and find a way to rectify the situation and never tried to deescalate the situation. He had a complete lack of concern for the customer and the sale. I asked for a refund and he quickly did so. It definitely appeared that he didn’t want to sell the product to a person of color and I really dislike having to pull that card. However I have no problem NOT giving my money to someone who doesn’t want it."
