"Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The owner and everyone on the team were great to work with. Johnny specifically did an awesome job making sure I had the perfect tile at a fair price, and all the matching items (schluter, grout, etc.). They replaced my entire downstairs flooring from carpet and tile to all new tile. Also had them tile a new kitchen backsplash and floor to ceiling tile fireplace. The working team of two were just the nicest and most professional team you could ask for. Everything they did showed they had pride in their trade. Beyond happy with the results and everyone that's seen the final product comments on the amazing looks. Can't wait to hire them again to replace stairs and upstairs carpets."

There were a couple communication issues on the pricing, but the owner reached out to make sure I understood what I was paying for, and even made some special accommodations to make up for the misunderstanding. The store manager was super patient and answered all our questions when we came to choose the carpet. They have so many choices and can tell you the pros and cons of them all. We had a tight window of when we could get it installed and Johnny made it happen! The install day was also awesome, we knew everything that was happening at all times. JR and his crew are professional and very kind. The carpet is gorgeous and our new home smells so much better! We are so thankful for our experience and they’ve earned our business for life!!"
