"Great Harbor Freight. It's clean, well organized and has all the inexpensive tools you could imagine. They run sales consistently with great deals on tools. Most tools are really good quality for the price. Especially the hand tools. They also have great entry level welders which are wonderful. Their Titanium FLUX 125 is an amazing flux welder for the price. They always have sales on it and can be picked up for under $200!!"
