"I have been a long time customer of Ace for many many years. Today will be the last time I set foot in the store on Hulen and Sycamore. I refilled a propane tank last Saturday for a memorial party at my home. The tank would not release the gas. I borrowed one from a neighbor. I brought it back today to exchange for one that worked and the manager on duty around 3:30 was extremely rude. Complaining that he was at lunch and had to go somewhere off campus. Instead of asking another employee to help me, he continued to bit$% about having to swap out the tank. That was extremely unprofessional! I'm so sorry you had to do your job. Like I said above, if it was that important for him to leave he could have apologized saying he had an errand he had to get too and have someone else help me."
"I like to go to this stores in my area, if you need help they know exactly where to send you . I made some online orders and when I went there to pick them I was received by a gentleman who call someone to bring my order to the front. In less than five minutes I walked out with my order."

"Was looking for a specific Yeti product. Online it showed this Ace Hardware location had it. Called to verify before driving to the other side of the Metroplex and spoke with David. He was very kind to ensure they did have what I was looking for. Drove over later the same day to make my purchase and David had the item waiting for me at the front of the store. Everyone was friendly, and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. If I lived anywhere close, this store would definitely be my go-to. Highly recommend!"
