"I would actually give this beauty supply a 5 if they had better employees working behind the counter. Called the day before thanksgiving to ask hours of operation and whoever i spoke with just said yes we’re open tomorrow then hung up. Went to the location today and the lil hispanic man behind the counter had an attitude because i wanted to buy nose rings and he didn’t wanna leave from behind the counter to get them for me. I pass up beauty supplies just to go there only to come and be treated like i’m not spending my money there. Change employees because customer service is not for everyone"
"I really like this place its modern and one of the newest beauty supply stores in the area.They have a wide selection of items and have affordable prices. The customer service is okay to. I like when I go in there to shop they engage with the customers. Its also right off the freeway making it comvient and it's on my way home so I can stop in there and shop then go directly home afterwards. I shop here for my hair care regimen."
