"I got my service done by a man with a hat and glasses. He was extremely rude. He was dismissing the designs that I wanted and would say “I know what I’m doing”. He then grabbed my phone when I took a glance at a notification and told me I kept moving my hand when I wasn’t. During everything he would aggressively file my nails and hurt me. When I didn’t like the shape of the nail he then started to drill the acrylic away very aggressively and upset. Saying comments like “you make me waste time”. That’s when I told him I no longer wanted the service because he was rude. When I said this he freaked out and started saying things to me. But I continued to dismiss the service. He then proceeded to follow me to the front desk. When I was telling the front desk the issue he was talking really badly about me in front of me. Telling the lady “She scammed me”, “she lying” “she switching up on me”. When I told him to walk away because I was no longer speaking with him. He was being disrespectful and I didn’t want to hear him anymore. The front desk proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t do anything because they weren’t there. I was really upset and I had already told the man I would pay the difference of the nails. He told me he wanted to cut them off saying he wouldn’t charge me. I agreed but he continued to say things under his breath and was aggressively cutting the acrylic nails off and proceeded to hurt me during the process. I then pulled away and told him not to touch me. He then told the front desk lady to keep cutting the nails off. Keep in mind I am pregnant and this man is just handling me very rude and aggressive. I asked for the man’s name and he refused to give it to me. When I asked the front desk the lady wouldn’t give me his name either. Please do not go with his man. The people there didn’t do anything to help. So stay away from this place!!"
