"Painful and not 100% clean. I asked for a new set (removal of my old acrylic nails and replaced with a new set) This man cut & prayed my old nails off. So painful!!! What happened to soaking them off?!? I even told him it hurt and he just cut them more….. he was clearly just rushing. This place is dirty! I’m used to salons opening sterile cleans equipment and NEW file sponges…..however at this facility he placed the file drill bits right back in his drawer and I don’t think he cleaned them between each customer. Same with the nail buffer file. He just pulled out the file from the drawer and it looked used already. My nails HURT! I will NOT be back!"

"They did a horrible job on my nails,60 for a small nail. Wrong shape and you can see through the acrylic, they made my nails flat and thin. When I came back so they can fix them they gave me a hard time and tried to make me repay. Horrible staff and not trying to fix the problem what so ever. DONT COME HERE"

"My nails were brittle and thin. They refused to remove gel without using the drill which would cause more damage to my nails!! I asked more than once that I just wanted to soak them off and his response was ‘no we can’t do that without using the drill’….the other nail salon a few yards away was able to comply with my request!"

"Service sucked!!! I walked in and they were on their phones doing absolutely nothing. They pointed at me to go to my right. The guy they assigned me to was rude and fast. He was ripping my nails off and pulling me even though I was pulling away and saying it hurt me. I told him he should soak them off but he insisted. My nails are crooked and he had the nerve to say it was my fingers. Then he made then pointy after I asked for almond. I had asked the lady that was doing my pedi if The owner could fix my nail shape and she told me no. She said if I wanted her to fix my nails she had to do them. The rude guy that did my nails, left. No wonder he was hauling butt on me! So, they sent me to another guy. Never again. The pedis start at $50! Keep in mind this place is run down, they have no business charging luxury nail salon prices. Rude ppl, dirty and old equipment and chairs. I don't recommend this trashy place. I wish I didn't even have to leave them one star but there's no other option."
