"Small neighborhood park named in Honour Of a Good egg on the El Paso Fire Dept. Kip Hall was an outstanding firefighter in charge of training. If you made it through his Class, you knew that physically, you were on a higher level than most. Some navy seals couldn't make the cut..... R.I.P. Kip Hall & may the community always enjoy and care for the little park in your Honour."
