"The facility is big in size and it's always busy especially on the weekends due to games or tournaments(basketball, soccer or volleyball). Now with that said your bringing in alot of money and honestly you don't see any improvements on the facility or should I say THE DREAM ARENA or more like the HEAT ARENA this place gets really hot! So as a spectator I'm burning up imagine the poor kids playing under these conditions. It's not like we have other Arenas like these in El Paso, so we have to deal with it. Last but not least Charlie Perez(Owner) is not the most friendly or approachable person, you will expect an educated respectful man to run this place but not at all. Very rude and arrogant person he gives a bad name to El Paso."

"My one star is because this place charges 3 dlls per person in a regular season, 5 dlls during playoffs and 10 dlls for special events (like the Coca Cola tournament) and they don’t have ac or any type of cooling air system. Today we were all sweating just sitting on the bleachers, I can’t imagine how the little ones felt playing under this conditions. This is definitely a one star place."

"Pretty huge place, its nice to have such indoor place to play some basketball indoor soccer volleyball, can use some cleaning but its always busy. The facility is pretty chill as in temperature, it does not get hot inside. I'm surprised in how they keep it cool. The parking sucks so I do recommend to arrive early plus early bird bit the worm. The have drinks and other little snack for sale but as you might know its retail sale. Just don't forget to get your drink from home. Staff is pretty chill but they do keep and out for rules to be followed."

"It's a great place for indoor soccer, it needs some fixing up. What would make it great is if the refs would separate themselves from the fans and NOT get upset from parents comments. Even more important would be that they made it a rule for people to show up with official IDs in order to have better control of kids playing in the correct age group."
