"Horrible service and the manager is very rude . Had my daughters second birthday there. First, at the time of booking the hall she didn’t tell us the carousal didn’t work, we only found out when we went to give a payment because my daughter wanted to get on. The day of our party we got there and the big jumping balloon had a hug hole, That wasn’t fixable. She knew since the night before and failed to let me know or try and get a replacement. The game machines also didn’t work. I had to spend an hour of my daughters party trying to find a last minute balloon rental. We had over 40 kids there. There was no way they could all play in the other tiny/ half inflated jumping balloon. So from everything the hall offered for kids only 1/4th worked . She did nothing to help the situation. I got my money back and cancelled my other daughters party there. I understand mistakes or accidents can happen but their management is horrible and has zero customer service . Do not book here!!!"

"I just had my daughters 1st birthday party here. 1st off the hall and its decor is great but I felt this post necessary for those who may consider this hall for a special occasion. The party started at noon and your allowed 1 hour prior to setup. The staff arrived at 11:00 a.m. and decided that it was acceptable to turn on the evaporative coolers at that time. That day the temperature outside was over a 100° you can tell that the building is designed as warehouses and is poorly insulated. The room was a hotbox. The cake was melting, I was told they have 3 units and all of them were on high. They dont have a refrigerator where we could of placed the cake to avoid it from melting, they only have a freezer for the ice cream. Our guest were sooo hot they didnt even want to eat. The kids who wanted to jump were super red there was no difference between outside and inside. This hall is designed to be a kids hall and the toys available for toddlers such as my daughter the birthday girl were disgusting, I got a clorox wipe and wiped it down a few times and the wipe was nasty. I told the staff as they sat and watched their novelas and they asked which toys are dirty? Im like all of them and I showed them the wipe. If this hall markets childrens events they definitely need to be sanitizing the toys. I only wish I would of taking pictures to post. Very disappointing."

"It was a pretty cool place. The 5 year old daughter of a friend had a party there. It was a Disney themed place, so plenty of Mickey Mouse, Princesses, and Marvel heroes. The place has a bouncy house, a couple of video game machines, and a foos ball table, plus space for a dace floor. Cool party place for your younger kids."
