"HONEST REVIEW: Positives: This venue is very pretty and large in capacity. Great location. Jumping balloon is big and has a slide on the back. Negatives: -Although they are kind and professional, it took me several texts before I would get a response. I had to text 2-3 times the same question to get an answer each time. -Adding an additional hour is almost 1/3 of the cost. -I was told their helper was “Very Helpful” but I only saw her maybe 3 times during our party. I asked to get heater turned down as we were sweating. Second I asked if she can turn the lights up and told me that’s the most they light up. I’ve seen the place more light up, so then she said oh sorry yes yes and turned some on, but not ALL of them so ALL our photos were Dark. It wasn’t until the end that I realized there were lights above that were still off and we didn’t know how to turn on so all our photos were dark. Sure you can brighten a photo but only so much until it looks bad. Our display and backdrop were so beautiful but in the dark and they all had to be brightened up. I’m pretty bummed they look this bad. -Someone spilled something and I couldn’t find her so it took me longer looking for her than me getting the broom and sweeping myself. -soda boxes were piled next to trash bins and it was never picked up. My mom was taking the trash out and I did not see the employee grab it once. -I honestly did not see employee “helping out.” -i guess learn how to use the tv for videos before your party bc otherwise when are you supposed to know how to use it if the employee is not around.
