"This is a great place to bring your bag lunch. Peaceful and quiet. For some reason, the shade component have been removed from the seating areas, so it is Hell Paso hot! Also, be aware, one cleans the seats, so you may need to hunt to find one without pigeon droppings! Additionally, although notified on many occasions the City has been unwilling to undertake pigeon abatement or any control."
