"I went in to buy a nose ring and asked the lady to open the case. She took at the nose ring I wanted to look at and held it close to her and wouldn't let me see it until I told her I needed to see it before I buy it. It was just wierd. She acted like I was gonna rip it out of her hand and run. Yikes.."
"the workers here were very rude and told my gf that her piercing was gonna hurt very bad when she was nervous and asked they loudly talked rudely abt us when we were walking around and were very rude when we went to check out and didn’t say anything when we left like have a nice day would not suggest bringing small children here for a piercing as walmart itself would be a better place to get a kids ears or your nose pierced overall a horrible experience can’t believe they are getting these workers to work in a store for small children"

"Got my son and daughter EARS Pierced Unfortunately my son who is not even one years old Left earring came out while he was sleeping we tried to put it back in the hole had already closed so I returned to the Claire's And nothing can be done because the receipt or the pink slip we didn't have so we have to wait for the original person who pierced my son's ears to return to work to get that redone when It shouldn't have happened because the earrings have a 2 step process that makes it harder for kids To take their earrings out Very displeased with these people's policy."
"I been to Claire’s today. It was my first ear piercing, the lady she was really patient and helpful, it wasn’t really hurt. Also she did a really great job at sanitize all the tools and everything. I recommend all of you all to go there!!!! Really good experience with them!!!!!!"
