"No. Go somewhere else. I just got the WORST haircut I’ve had since my mom chose them. I literally only had 2 good haircuts since moving to TX, and this is, by far, the worst one. One side is an inch longer than the other side and the back is more than an inch shorter than the front. I guess I’ll learn to tilt my head as I walk around. The lady kept walking away while I was in the chair and forgetting where she was on the top. I asked for “a very light trim, no more than a 1/4 inch.” She hacked off 2 inches!"
"Do not go to this place if you see this lady named LAURA!!! I took my kid and had a horrible experience coz of her. She was rude and biased. I asked to fade his sides, she didn’t even allow us to explain what we need and rather insisted we need to settle with what they did. SHE THREATENED TO CALL COPS ON US for no reason. She told her colleague to charge us upfront. Worst customer service ever. I’m glad her colleague Mohammed stepped up and tried to help us. She interfered and gave him hard time. He didn’t even let him try to help us. Finally, he made the changes we asked. Manager didn’t help us either after Mohammed try to explain the situation. Please try to listen to your customers!!! Don’t let your prejudice and biases let on the people. You’re working with people for god sake!!!!"
"The hairstylist that my daughter had to cut her hair, cut her bangs way to short and we showed the stylists more then once on the length for her bangs and he didn’t cut it that length he cut them way to short! She cried when she got into the car because they was too short! He also cut a lot of hair off her when we asked for a trim. Also I was standing off to the side watching and the hairstylist acted like he didn’t like that cause he kept looking at me funny like I shouldn’t be standing there watching. I would recommend going somewhere else!"
"I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I told the stylist now I wanted my sons hair and she did a complete wack job and when I said something to her her argued with me. It was a simple fade and the front of his hair was completely crooked. She continued to argue with me and told me it was my fault his hair was messed up. The other lady that was there tried her best to fix it but she had done such a terrible job, it won’t be able to be fixed. This is how she left my sons hair and said she saw no problem with it."
